The chronic solo project of Dominykas Niaura. From the first gig in 2013 it has seen a couple of different live incarnations. The album “Suicideoscope” encompasses material from several past creative years.
Best described as a sonic journey alongside psychedelics and sedatives, the whole music process represents a séance of self-analysis. It magnifies the subject’s megalomaniac tendencies, as well as the wandering between the feelings of omnipotence and impotence, and the tension between self-identity problems and anthropological helplessness. On reflection, it resembles the current new generation of post-modern culture right in the center of Europe: never ending self-destruction through hedonism, anxiety and self-judgment.
